Garlic Rasam, with Mole, Cinnamon and Harissa

What to do with all the home-grown garlic?  Make Indian garlic rasam.  Then add mole sauce, cinnamon sticks, harissa and tumeric.  Temper with whole cumin and mustard seed.  The dark chocolate in the mole was wonderful!  This soup is all about the broth!

Wholesome Carbs for Lunch

Brown Basmati Rice and Green Lentils, seasoned with biryani spices and the Indian simmering sauce "Rogan Josh".  Moroccan garbanzo salad.  Greens from the garden.  Fried yams.
