I prepared our dinner at home on Friday, so meal preparation would be simple. All I had to do was add nectarines to this coleslaw with Thai Sweet Chili Dressing, and heat up the main courses - which we also enjoyed for lunch the next day - Spareribs and Saurkraut, and a rice-orzo-pigeon pea blend.
We brought snacks on the canoe paddle down Hardy Slough - this Rasam was packed in a thermos.
I saved my cinnamon doughnut from Krispy Kreme. It came in handy when my stomach began to growl.
