When I make pumpkin pie, I add a top crust, with strip designs, for effect. I love crust on pie. But, it's gotta be flakey and crisp - just like this. I made this when Ruhiyyih was home last weekend.....we had it with coffee, and sat out on the patio. Sounds like a perfect way to spend an afternoon.
